Thank you for entrusting us your watch.

Please follow these simple steps for a smooth repair process:  

1) Fill the Service form(choose your brand below)

2) Package your watch and the form in a disposable box (don't send the original watch box). Put plenty of bubble wrap or other padding. When you close the box and shake it, nothing should move.

3) Ship it to us using a courier company of your choice. We recommend you ask for a tracking number, insurance and signature upon delivery (delivery confirmation).

Then, once we receive your watch we will log it in, assign a unique repair number and proceed with a diagnosis. We don't call to confirm reception , please use your tracking number for that. If it's a warranty we will fast track it to the repair department (and order parts if needed). If not, an estimate will be emailed to you.
