Returns: 

• Returns on a vintage or pre-owned item is not possible. Sales are final. 
• A return on a regularly priced new item is possible 10 calendar days from delivery date or less, in new, unworn condition with all packaging, labels, boxes etc. included. Item must first be received and inspected before the return is approved. No exceptions.
• Returns on discounted items is not possible. All sales are final.

Refunds: 

• A refund on a discounted, vintage or pre-owned item is not possible. 
• A refund on a new, regularly priced item is possible. 
• Receive a full refund if returning your item in 5 calendar days from delivery date or less in new, unworn condition with all packaging, labels, boxes etc included. Item must first be received and inspected before the refund is approved. No exceptions. 
• Receive a full credit note if returning an item 10 calendar days or less from delivery date. Item must first be received and inspected before the credit is approved. No exceptions.
